Currently trying to avoid letting the material world intrude at present – especially the global internet meltdown over the dubious Age Of Sigmar reforms to Warhammer: it’s like being a teenager again, and spending the evenings painting, in order to forget about high school.
I’ve finished painting the water area of the base – though I intend to use water effect to complete it, once the rest of the model has been painted:
I’ve also decided to forego painting the metal areas in non-metallic metals, as the diorama is intended to be viewed from 360 degrees, and it wouldn’t work properly without proper metallic paints, unfortunately.
